Wall Anchoring
A properly installed retaining wall will always include a draining plan to relieve hydrostatic pressure behind the wall. Without such a plan, most retaining walls experience failure relatively quickly. If such a failure occurs, drainage plans and wall anchoring may be used to prolong the life of the current retaining wall if it is structurally sound.

Crawl Space Encapsulation
Crawlspace Encapsulation is a technique by which the space under a conventional pier and beam foundation structure can be treated to improve air quality in the structure, insulate the space to increase the cost effectiveness of the structure and decrease the incident of insects, mold and fungi under the structure… all in one repair! This repair transforms such spaces by dehumidification which makes the space inhospitable to insects, mold and fungi, insulates the stem walls which will keep the floor above at a relatively constant temperature throughout the year and provides a clean area that can therefore be utilized as storage space.
